Abk. f&uuml;r: pulmonary hypertension)\" class=\"encyclopedia\">PH<\/a><br>\nDas ist eine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lungenhochdruck.ch\/fr\/glossar\/pah\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Pulmonal arterielle Hypertonie Untergruppe der pulmonalen Hypertonie, bei der die Ursache f&uuml;r den Hochdruck auf der arteriellen Seite der Lungengef&auml;sse, also in den Lungenarterien bis zu den Kapillaren liegt. (Engl. Abk. f&uuml;r: pulmonary arterial hypertension)\" class=\"encyclopedia\">PAH<\/a> durch Verstopfung der Lungenarterien infolge chronischer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lungenhochdruck.ch\/fr\/glossar\/thromben\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Blutgerinnsel. In der Lunge k&ouml;nnen sie zu Lungenembolien f&uuml;hren k&ouml;nnen. Thromben k&ouml;nnen aber &uuml;berall die Blutzufuhr st&ouml;ren, auch in Beinen, Herz, Gehirn etc. Bei PAH, besonders mit einem Rechts-Links-Shunt, ist daher oft eine Antikoagulationstherapie als Vorbeugung sinnvoll. Die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lungenhochdruck.ch\/fr\/glossar\/cteph-2\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Chronisch thromboembolische pulmonale Hypertonie\" class=\"encyclopedia\">CTEPH<\/a> kann sich nach einer Lungenembolie bilden.<br>\nDie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lungenhochdruck.ch\/fr\/glossar\/cteph-2\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Chronisch thromboembolische pulmonale Hypertonie\" class=\"encyclopedia\">CTEPH<\/a> ist die einzige Form der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lungenhochdruck.ch\/fr\/glossar\/pah\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Pulmonal arterielle Hypertonie Untergruppe der pulmonalen Hypertonie, bei der die Ursache f&uuml;r den Hochdruck auf der arteriellen Seite der Lungengef&auml;sse, also in den Lungenarterien bis zu den Kapillaren liegt.
